It is our pleasure to welcome you aboard the Valdésir for a relaxing cruise along the river Yonne and the Nivernais Canal.

We offer boat trips of between 1 to 3 hours. It’s an ideal way of discovering nature’s flora and fauna as well as the local heritage sights.
Aboard the Valdesir, enjoy a friendly small group experience, paced by the gentle rhythm of navigation and the passage through locks.

The Nivernais Canal is recognized as one of the most beautiful canals in France and is among the most popular, ranking second after the Canal du Midi. Originally, the canal was used to transport timber from the Morvan forests to Paris.
Today, it is dedicated to leisure boating and appreciated for its natural beauty. It offers an authentic boating experience in the heart of Burgundy.
